We would like to provide the update on the recently encountered problem with the WebSpellChecker Cloud Services performance and increased number of 5XX/4XX errors. The issues were related to our recent update on the Cloud to the newest version.
We have already rolled back to the stable version 4.9.5, and now the Service resumed to its normal work. Meanwhile, our team is troubleshooting the problem appeared after the release of new version. As soon as we are sure that the issues are resolved, we will announce a new release.
