Release of WebSpellChecker.net application version 4.8.4: Extended Languages Support!

Major updates in this version:

1. Support of new Additional Languages – Amharic, Bosnian, Georgian, Kinyerwanda, Maltese, Moldavian, Tajik, Luganda. The additional languages demo pages are available here.
2. Integration Enchant Engine with Linux x64. The ability to use the Additional languages on Linux x64 has been implemented.
