What is a subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by us who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Data (which may contain Personal Data). We engage different types of subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
We undertake to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Customer Data. We are also monitoring the ongoing compliance work of our providers and adjusting our own processes to make the most of any additional privacy options available.
The following is an up-to-date list of the names, purposes of subprocessing and locations of WebSpellChecker’s subprocessors. This list will be kept up to date with any changes to our subprocessors.
You can sign up to receive email notifications about any changes made to this list.
