List of subprocessors

WebSpellChecker LLC (“WebSpellChecker”, “we”, or “us”) uses certain subprocessors to assist it in provision of the WebSpellChecker Services (“Services”) as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by us who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Data (which may contain Personal Data). We engage different types of subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.

Due diligence

We undertake to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Customer Data. We are also monitoring the ongoing compliance work of our providers and adjusting our own processes to make the most of any additional privacy options available.
